Our main course for the party consisted of Marrakesh&#8217;s beef shish kabobs and brochette of chicken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-52629 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Kabobs1-400x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Kabobs1-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Kabobs1.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients (beef shish kabobs)<\/p>\n<p>24 oz steak (tenderloin recommended- I used sirloin)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup onions (about one small onion)<\/p>\n<p>1 Tablespoon paprika<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp coriander<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon cumin<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp parsley<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup olive oil<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>8 8 inch wooden skewer sticks<\/p>\n<p>To prevent your skewer sticks from burning, soak them in some water before using them. While they are soaking, you can finely chop the onion, coriander, and parsley until they are very fine. Cut your steak into cubes, approximately of one inch. They were flavorful, but children were not afraid to try (and enjoy) them. I tripled the recipe proportions because we had a large crowd, and that did not create any problems. The Marrakesh kebobs are an excellent alternative for a summer meal when you may be tired of your usual BBQ recipes.
