I had heard that people could ride on the Lilly Belle during the Year of a Million Dreams at Disneyland; however, I was never able to on my two trips during that time frame. \u00a0When my family and I went to Disneyland last week, I half-heartedly asked at the Guided Tours kiosk if we could ride the Lilly Belle. \u00a0The guide told us to go ask the conductor at the Main Street Station. \u00a0We climbed the stairs and approached the conductor at the turnstile. \u00a0He went to a small office and came back telling us to be there by 4:30 pm. \u00a0We were so excited! \u00a0We kept a close eye on the watch and arrived about 30 minutes early. \u00a0We were surprised to find that a family that we were going to meet up with later also had the same ride time, so we quickly became acquainted before our trip. \u00a0As the train arrived, we felt the excitement increase! \u00a0Our conductor came and got the 4 groups that were scheduled for the same trip. \u00a0The Lilly Belle can hold 14 guests on each trip. \u00a0A conductor has to be on the car for the entire trip unless the guests are Club 33 members. \u00a0If it is raining, Disneyland does not take passengers on the Lilly Belle to preserve her condition. \u00a0We had such a wonderful trip! \u00a0I hope that you enjoy the photos and that you can take a trip on her soon, too.<\/p>\n
