Creamed Corn Spoon Bread<\/b><\/p>\n

\n<\/b><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 \u00bd Cups Cornmeal
\n1 Cup Buttermilk
\n8 Tbsp Sugar
\n1 \u00bd Cups Corn (Frozen Kernels)
\n2 Tbsp Baking Powder
\n1 Cup Milk
\n1 tsp. Salt
\n\u00bc Cup Butter
\n3 Cups of Any Creamed Corn (Heated)<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Add dry ingredients to liquid and mix together until well blended.<\/li>\n
  2. Pour into well greased pan (9\u201d x 13\u201d) and place in a double boiler for 15 to 20 minutes.<\/li>\n
  3. Top with creamed corn and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
