With the heat out now, I figured we needed a little something cool today. I mean, it is summertime officially now. So, I wanted to share a little sunshine with you...Frozen Sunshine from Beaches and Cream found at Disney's Beach Club Resort. This is an easy recipe that I think is the perfect treat for today.<\/span><\/div>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>
  • 1<\/span> Scoop vanilla ice cream<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> scoops orange sherbet<\/span><\/li>
  • Seltzer<\/span><\/li>
  • Whipped cream<\/span><\/li>
  • 6<\/span> Candy orange slices<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Directions:<\/div><\/li>
    • Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and 2 scoops of orange sherbet in a blender.<\/div><\/li>
    • Blend until smooth.<\/div><\/li>
    • Pour seltzer into a glass.<\/div><\/li>
    • Add ice cream\/sherbet mixture.<\/div><\/li>
    • Top with whipped cream and candy orange slices.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
