The Disney Dining Plan for Walt Disney World has to be one of the most talked about topic amongst Disney Fanatics.\u00a0 How much is the plan going to cost?\u00a0 Is the Plan a good deal?\u00a0 How can you best take advantage of it?\u00a0 Which plan is right for my vacation’s needs?\u00a0 Can I eat that much food?\u00a0 These are all very good questions, indeed.<\/p>\n
Turns out, that question of the cost is the one that we’ll be discussing today.\u00a0 You see, in the last week or so, Disney has quietly increased the cost of all three of the Disney Dining Plan options for any new bookings that are made for the remainder of 2013.\u00a0 We have also heard that they have done away with the Seasonal Pricing option, meaning that now the Dining Plans are the same price no matter what time of year you travel.<\/p>\n
Let’s start by looking at the Quick Service Dining Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For those unaware, this plan allows each guest for each night of the package,\u00a02 Quick Service Meals per day.\u00a0 For Breakfast you’ll receive an entr\u00e9e or combo meal and a non-alcoholic beverage.\u00a0 For Lunch and Dinner you’ll receive an entr\u00e9e or a complete combo meal, dessert, and a non-alcoholic beverage.\u00a0 You’ll also get 1 Snack Option per day, and 1 Refillable Mug\u00a0 per person for the length of your stay. The new cost:<\/p>\n (Previous cost was Adults: $37.58 and Child: $14.32)<\/p>\n For more information about the Quick Service Dining Plan, or to see how to possibly put it into use, read:\u00a0 https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/walt-disney-world\/dining\/myw\/quick-service-dining-plan\/<\/a><\/p>\n Moving on the the more popular dining plan, the Disney Dining Plan<\/strong>, we’ll see some larger changes.<\/p>\n The Disney Dining Plan or Standard Dining Plan includes 1 Quick Service Meal per day, which includes an entr\u00e9e or combo meal, dessert (lunch or dinner only), and a non-alcoholic beverage.\u00a0 You also get 1 Sit Down Meal per day which includes entr\u00e9e, dessert (lunch and dinner only), and non-alcoholic beverage, or, if eating at a buffet, the full buffet. You’ll also receive 1 Snack Option per day and 1 Refillable Mug per person. The new cost:<\/p>\n (Previous cost was Adults: $55.59 and Child: $17.16)<\/p>\n\n
