{"id":2077,"date":"2010-07-28T06:00:46","date_gmt":"2010-07-28T06:00:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_guest\/?p=87"},"modified":"2018-10-22T22:48:52","modified_gmt":"2018-10-23T02:48:52","slug":"t-rex-cafe-at-downtown-disney","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/t-rex-cafe-at-downtown-disney\/","title":{"rendered":"T-Rex Caf\u00e9 at Downtown Disney"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As the mother of two young boys, I am always on the lookout for Walt Disney World experiences that do not involve princesses, fairies, or tea parties.\u00a0 Although T-Rex Caf\u00e9, located in the Marketplace of Downtown Disney, is not actually Disney owned and operated, it does fit the rough-and-tumble nature of my little Disney Devils.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-88 size-full\" title=\"T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/blog_world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/TRex1.gif\" alt=\"T-Rex Cafe at Downtown Disney\" width=\"374\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My family and I visited T-Rex in December of 2009.\u00a0 This restaurant is owned by Landry\u2019s Restaurants, Inc., who also owns Rainforest Caf\u00e9 (Downtown Disney and Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom) and Yak &amp; Yeti (Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom).\u00a0 T-Rex is very similar to Rainforest Caf\u00e9 in both restaurant layout and menu.\u00a0 The differences, of course, are that the elephants and gorillas found in Rainforest Caf\u00e9 are replaced with dinosaurs and mammoths in T-Rex;
