A little about me: I've been a Disney fan for about as long as I can remember; my first trip to The World was in 1995, and I've been in love ever since. I'm a registered dietitian and a foodie, and Disney Dining is one of my favorite things to talk about (just about anything Disney is my favorite!). In addition to my countless Walt Disney World trips, I've visited Disneyland twice, taken a Disney Cruise, ventured to Disneyland Paris, and have run multiple RunDisney races! I'm also a big fan of GKTW, and love to spend time volunteering or running the Gingerbread Run!

California Grill Brunch: A Review

Posted on October 3, 2018April 8, 2022

I consider myself a foodie; I plan the majority of my trips around trying out new food and beverage options, and I’ve been known to investigate the menus for Epcot festivals the day they’re released. One of the most appealing foodie dining experiences is the Sunday Brunch at California Grill, and I finally got the…

Birthday Celebrations at Walt Disney World: A Trip Report

I’m lucky enough to spend my birthday at Walt Disney World each year. Even if I did nothing more than ride a few rides and stroll down Main Street U.S.A., it would be a perfect way to celebrate, but I threw in a few special treats during my most recent WDW vacation to make things…

Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, shrimp cocktail; these foods are all better when they’re unlimited! Considered a Walt Disney World dining “hidden gem,” Trail’s End Restaurant boasts an impressive buffet, and almost always has Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) available. I recently visited Trail’s End Restaurant for their dinner buffet as part of an early Father’s…
