Are you excited about the upcoming Paddlefish? The Disney Springs restaurant, which is formerly known as Fulton’s Crab House, has been seeing a massive refurbishment in The Landing for the past few months. The fish and seafood-centric restaurant’s steamboat has undergone a bow to stern transformation. When it reopens, it will exude an opulent and inviting atmosphere for guests. Paddlefish will offer multiple dining experiences and private event spaces and it will be themed more now after a modern, luxurious yacht.

Despite a main focus on seafood, there will also be beef, chicken, vegetarian, and vegan options for Guests to enjoy.

Paddlefish will feature separate lunch and dinner menus. The lunch menu will include sandwiches and lighter combinations, but you’ll also find some dinner entrees available on lunch menu.

Today, I’m bringing you a preview of some of the dishes that you’ll be able to enjoy when you visit Paddlefish when it officially reopens.

As far as beverages go, Paddlefish will feature a fantastic craft cocktail program. The focus will be a fresh take on Prohibition-style cocktails and classics with a modern twist that feature phenomenal quality of ingredients. There will also be an extensive beer program for Guests to enjoy with craft beers on tap, in bottle and cans, and a wine list

Not worth 2 table services of your dining plan! Food did not match description on Menu…service slooow, food cold and undercooked.
