Disney Food Friday! The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Guest who are looking for a more upscale dining experience can dine in a Hollywood landmark, The Hollywood Brown Derby, when visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Appetizers include items like lobster bisque, blue lump crab spring rolls, and the famous Brown Derby Cobb salad.  We highly recommend the salad.  Entrees include coriander crusted grouper, free-range breast of chicken, and pan-seared pork tenderloin.  Desserts include crème brulee, chocolate three ways and the famous grapefruit cake.  We will make a recommendation for the grapefruit cake, which has layers of cake and cream cheese icing.

The Brown Derby is open for lunch and dinner daily.  In addition, guests can book the Fantasmic dinner package when dining at the Brown Derby and receive designated seating for this popular show.

Guests who have added one of Disney’s Dining Plans to their Magic Your Way Package can use table service credits at this restaurant.  Since the Brown Derby is one of Disney’s Signature restaurants, it requires two table service credits.

Make sure you take a glance at the derby shaped hats and the caricatures of the some famous Hollywood faces  located around the restaurant.

The complete updated menu for The Hollywood Brown Derby is found in the restaurant menu section on The Mouse For Less.
