He is a Disney Cast Member and because of that, we were  invited to have the opportunity to go on a short cruise to put the ship  &#8220;through the ropes&#8221; before guests arrived, making sure everything ran  smoothly.  While there is much that can be said about the new ship, it&#8217;s  probably best to actually show you some of the highlights.<\/p>\n<p>Let me start  by saying the <em>Dream<\/em> is  HUGE!  I was just on the <em>Wonder<\/em> over Thanksgiving and the difference between the size of the two ships is immediately recognizable.<\/p>\n<p>When guests first step into the atrium, they  see the enormous atrium  and beautiful chandelier three floors up. It  is a completely different  type of centerpiece from those on the <em>Wonder<\/em> and <em>Magic<\/em>. The <em>Dream<\/em> has amazing chandeliers all over it, the attention to detail was incredible!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"chandelier\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/chandelier.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"467\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"atrium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/atrium.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The sail away party is different than the one on the other Disney ships.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Sailaway\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/sailaway.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Disney Dream Sailaway Party\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/sailaway2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>And as you can see, the backdrop of the party is the Aquaduck. This water coaster is just part of the new pool settings.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Aquaduck\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/aquaduck.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Disney Dream Aquaduck\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/aquaduck2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are signs posted stating wait times. Consensus is that it&#8217;s worth the wait!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Aquaduck wait times\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/wait.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And there is a new pool and kids splash area, too.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Pool\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/pool.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nemo&#8217;s Reef Splash Zone looks like it will be great fun for the kids.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Nemo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/nemo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We were lucky enough to stay in a Deluxe Verandah stateroom. The  stateroom is quite nice, complete with soft bedding and thirsty towels.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Stateroom 1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/stateroom1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Stateroom2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/stateroom2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Stateroom2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/stateroom2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Stateroom3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/stateroom3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And of course, the wonderful Disney split bathrooms, complete with a small tub.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Bath\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/bath1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Bath2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.themouseforless.com\/tripplanning\/news\/ms\/2011\/images\/Dream\/bath2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"333\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">And since we&#8217;re on the topic of &#8220;necessities,&#8221; the laundry on the Dream  offers some nice changes. That&#8217;s a lot of fun already. There&#8217;s more to the ship than I can possibly show here. If you don&#8217;t have your cruise booked yet, let me give you  a little more incentive. If you look at TheMouseForLess, there is a  huge photo blog focusing on the various aspects of the ship.
