Walt Disney World Implementing Park Specific Pricing for 1 Day Tickets

Walt Disney World Park Specific Pricing

Beginning on December 8, the Walt Disney World Resort will introduce park-specific pricing on 1-day, 1-park tickets. When Guests purchase a ticket, they will actually select a date and theme park before going through to purchase their ticket. In addition, when you purchase a 1-Day ticket for a specific date and theme park, a theme park reservation will automatically be made at the time of purchase. This will hopefully assist those Guests who purchase a 1-Day ticket, but don’t realize that they also need to make theme park reservations. Of course, those who purchase multi-day tickets will need to still remember to make theme park reservations.

With the new park-specific pricing, this also means that pricing will be increasing. The Magic Kingdom will be priced at or above our other theme parks due to the incredible demand. A 1-day ticket for a specific date and park will range from:

  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $109-$159 (same range as today)
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $124-$179
  • EPCOT: $114-$179
  • Magic Kingdom: $124-$189

Do keep in mind that that $189 price point is for the week of Christmas to New Year’s.

In addition, Disney has shared that they will be updating the pricing for the Park Hopper Option and Park Hopper Plus Option. This pricing is not currently available and we’ll share those details when we learn them.
