With so much that is unknown, the Walt Disney World Resort is extending its cancellation and modification policy. The policy now includes the ability to easily cancel a vacation, should you need to, for arrivals through April 30, 2021.
The current policy is as follows:
To provide additional flexibility, Disney will be waiving Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees up to the date of check-in for reservations with arrivals through April 30, 2021. To modify or cancel your reservation, Guests should contact their travel agent.
Guests should note that cancellation fees imposed by third-party suppliers, including airlines and rental cars, as well as non-refundable products like travel protection plans, are deducted from refundable amounts for Walt Disney Travel Company packages.
Guests should feel confident in making sure that their vacation dollars are protected, should they need to cancel their Walt Disney World vacation last minute now.
