Beginning today, Walt Disney World visitors will have some new options added to the Disney Genie+ service. This update gives Guests even more options to choose from when using Disney Genie+.
At the Magic Kingdom, the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade is now part of the choices. Moving over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll have the option to see Disney favorites, like Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse at the Disney Stars at Red Carpet Dreams.
As a reminder, the purchase of Disney Genie+ service is available in addition to a standby entrance or traditional parade viewing.
Disney Genie+ allows you the opportunity to select arrival windows for Lightning Lane entrances. This option is available at more than 40 attractions and entertainment across all 4 theme parks. These can be selected one at a time throughout the day. (This is similar to how FastPass+ worked.) The service costs $15 per Guest per day.
Do keep in mind that attractions with Lightning Lane entrances are limited in availability, subject to change or closure, and may vary by date. They are are not guaranteed. They may not be available on the date of your visit or at the time you make a selection.
