If you love whisky, you’re going to want to make sure to make a stop at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs. Beginning May 19, which is World Whiskey Day, Guests are invited to celebrate Whisky Week with the Forbidden Reserve Release Event.

Guests will be able to head upstairs to the Forbidden “Whiskey” Lounge from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. to raise a glass and enjoy a wide range of rare aged and flavorful whiskey from all over the world. In addition, Guests will be able to nibble on a dedicated menu of gourmet street food bites for just $1 each.

During the event, an incredible portfolio of 20 bottles of unique whiskey varieties will be opened and available for guests to purchase ½ oz samples of, served neat or on the rocks. These highly sought after bottles will include selections such as Stagg, Elmer Lee, Old Van Winkle, and Booker’s 30th. Representatives from Buffalo Trace, Beam Suntory, Old Forrester, and Heaven Hill will also be onsite to share their knowledge and offer additional tastings from their distilleries for whiskey aficionados to partake in.
