Returning this year for the holiday season during the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is the Candlelight Processional. The incredibly moving show that takes place this year at the American Gardens Theatre from November 26 through December 30 tells the Christmas story, with an incredible choir, a full orchestra, and a celebrity narrator. In addition to the return of the Candlelight Processional, a few other fantastic entertainment offerings will be returning to the Walt Disney World theme park too. These include the holiday storytellers and musical groups.
World Showcase will feature the Canadian Holiday Voyageurs, the Chinese Lion Dance, Italy’s La Befana, France’s Père Noël and more. Plus, from November 26 – December 24, Santa Claus will be found in The American Adventure Pavilion, where you can step right up and let him know what your wish for Christmas is.
Also returning this year will be one of my favorite groups. Performing Christmas and Kwanzaa melodies on the Showcase Plaza State will be “JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season.”
