Back in March, Disney shared that a brand new table service restaurant and bakery would be coming to Disney’s BoardWalk. This new dining establishment will be called The Cake Bake Shop and is brought to life by Gwendolyn Rodgers. This new eatery is expected to open in 2023 and will offer both savory, as well as dessert menus. This week, we got a glimpse of what the outside of this new location will look like.

The Cake Bake Shop is replacing ESPN Club and in addition to offering great dining options and sweet treats, they will also offer an afternoon tea service.

This sweet addition is just one of the many enhancements coming to Disney’s BoardWalk. This location continues to add new offerings, refreshed spaces and more. Previously, the Resort Hotel opened up the BoardWalk Deli, which took over for the BoardWalk Bakery. Other changes for the resort will include a charming new lobby design, a nearby coffee bar, refreshed guest rooms and more.
