The fall is probably my favorite time to visit Walt Disney World. Ok….I feel like I say that every season…..but the fall is extra special. That’s because the Resort holds events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. And today, we have details about the 2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival to share with you! This year, the festival will run from July 27 through November 18, 2023.
The event will include more than 25 Global Marketplaces that will be able to be found throughout EPCOT. Returning favorites will include The Fry Basket, Flavors from Fire, Canada, India and Spain. Plus, in a move that started a few years back, several new Global Marketplaces will open later during the festival as summer turns to fall.
Other returning favorites of the festival will include Emile’s Fromage Montage. This is a fun way to try tasty cheese dishes from around the world. Guests will be able to use their Festival Passport and when they purchase any five cheese dishes listed in the back, they will be able to collect a stamp. Once five stamps have been collected, you’ll be able to head to the Shimmering Sips booth to redeem a sweet treat.
If you’re looking for another scavenger hunt, Guests will be able to participate in Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak. Here, Guests are able to search for Remy throughout World Showcase and the Global Marketplaces. Once you find him in all the locations, you’ll be able to return your map to obtain a prize.
And this year, to celebrate the Halloween season, Guests will be able to partake in Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit. This will be a special pumpkin scavenger hunt that will be held from September 29 through October 31.
Also returning this year will be the Eat to the Beat Concert Series at America Gardens Theatre. This year’s line up of artists will be announced soon.
Finally, Guests will be able to commemorate this year’s festival with official event merchandise including apparel, home dĂ©cor, trading pins and more.
