Disney’s Blizzard Beach Reopens on November 13, 2022

Water park fans! A fan-favorite park will be reopening soon at Walt Disney World. Disney’s Blizzard Beach will officially welcome Guests beginning on November 13! This is a great polar-themed paradise, but when the park reopens, it will feature some new touches that revolve around the Disney film, Frozen.

Guests will be able to celebrate with Anna and Elsa, as well as a few other characters in the kid area, Tike’s Peak. Little ones will be able to splash around in front of Anna and Elsa’s igloo castle, play with Olaf and his Snowgie pals in the warm wading pool, and more! This area is full of Frozen-themed fun for everyone!

About Disney’s Blizzard Beach

At Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, Guests are able to plunge into the absolute coolest water park. Legend has it that the snow-capped mountain in the park was built as a ski resort. Now it has melted in the Florida sun and created some great water fun. Guests who visit here can experience thrills of the 120-foot-tall Summit Plummet water slide. Plus, the whole gang can share the relaxation of tube floats and the fun of family fluming together.

With water heated year-round between 75 and 80 degrees, the melting snow provides a comfortable setting for water play. There is a lot to do for the whole family. There’s almost “snow” better place to spend your day at Walt Disney World than at the water park!

Now, with the reopening of Disney’s Blizzard Beach, it means that Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will be closing for a refurbishment. The last day Guests can visit that park for the time being will be through November 12, 2022.
