Springtime at Walt Disney World….is there anything better? Especially when you pair your visit with a trip to the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival. This year, the festival will run from March 1 through July 5! That’s plenty of time to see the lovely flowers, incredible topiaries, pretty gardens, and more.
As is the case each and every year, Disney showcases a brand new topiary display and this year will be no exception! That’s because for the first time, Guests will be able to see characters from Disney’s Encanto created out of greenery! Topiaries will include Mirabel, Antonio, Isabela and Luisa who will be found that the main entrance of EPCOT.
In addition, there will also be another new topiary gracing The American Adventure. Guests will see Princess Tiana here! Returning favorites will also be back including Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs; Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Captain Hook and Tick Tock Croc; Figment; Anna and Elsa; and more.
If you love music, then you won’t want to miss the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the America Gardens Theatre. More details about this year’s musical lineup will be released soon!
Of course, a big part of the EPCOT Festivals are the food and this festival is no exception. Bringing delicious fresh flavors, Guests will be able to sample from more than 15 Outdoor Kitchens.
Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration will be back. This scavenger hunt is fun for all ages. Guests are invited to follow Spike the Bee on his pollination trail. Once you find him in each garden on your map, you’ll add the corresponding sticker of the plant he is visiting and then receive a prize when you’ve completed the quest.
Speaking of gardens, on the bridge to World Showcase, you can enjoy the scents of spring with Blossoms of Fragrance presented by Scentsy. Surrounded by butterfly topiaries, Guests will be invited to follow their noses to six scent stations.
Merchandise will also be a big part of this year’s festival and Guests will find ‘70’s inspired Orange Bird merchandise, including apparel, headwear, drinkware and much more.
To experience the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, you must have both valid admission and a park reservation for EPCOT on the same date.
