The most beautiful EPCOT Festival is coming up soon! The EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival will run from March 2 through July 4 and it’s set to be an extraordinary experience for Walt Disney World Guests.
Topiaries
The most popular part of this festival are the topiaries in the shape of favorite Disney characters. This year, a new main entrance display will feature Goofy with a birthday cake celebrating the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary. Also new for this year will be new topiaries of the Seven Dwarfs to accompany Snow White near the Germany pavilion in World Showcase. Also, returning this year are Lumiere and Cogsworth topiaries in the France Pavilion as well as Pumbaa and Timon topiaries near the Imagination Pavilion.
Gardens & More
Located on the bridge to World Showcase will be the new fragrant garden presented by Scentsy. This area will feature the butterfly topiaries and six scent stations—floral, fruity, citrus, spice, woods and fresh.
Families will want to experience the Health Full Trail presented by AdventHealth. This area will offer a fun way for families to play and learn how to stay healthy. There will also be the Outdoor Escapes Presented by OFF! Repellents, which will allow Guests to enjoy a moment of relaxation and how to create an outdoor escape of their own. Plus, Bambi’s Butterfly House will features lots of gorgeous butterflies that will flutter around.
Garden Rocks Concert Series
The Garden Rocks Concert Series returns to the festival this year. The series features internationally known artists on the America Gardens Theatre stage Friday through Monday. Plus local bands will perform Tuesday through Thursday. Performers will include Gospel singer CeCe Winans, Tommy DeCarlo, singer of the band Boston, The Guess Who, Rick Springfield, Kool & The Gang, Melina León, and Claudia Leitte. For Friday through Monday concerts, you can make a reservation for a Garden Rocks Dining Package.
Outdoor Kitchens
This year, there will be 18 Outdoor Kitchens which will serve up fresh menus. Kitchens will include The Citrus Blossom, Magnolia Terrace and Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina, among others. You can also explore EPCOT with the Garden Graze. The Garden Graze will be a fun food stroll. It will highlight five delicious sweet and savory offerings listed in the Festival Passport. Complete the graze to receive a special treat!
More Fun
Finally, yes there will be merchandise collections. This year they will feature apparel, drinkware, garden tools and much more. This season, collections will feature Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Orange Bird, Figment and Spike the Bee.
To experience the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, you must have both valid admission and a park reservation for EPCOT on the same date.
