Kelly Stoker & Family - January 2007

Cast Of Characters: me (37), DH (34), DS (3.5), DD (one week shy of 2!)

Table Service Meals

We found it really mattered where you got seated in the dining room for the character rotation particularly with two such young children.

Chef Mickey Dinner - Great, kid friendly for seating, characters and food selection! Took us right at our entry time and the characters were spread out and continuous. Love the chocolate Mickey cookie hats - Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto.

Park Fare - bad seating (for us) and great food - Cinderella and Prince Charming went to several tables twice before coming to our table over an hour after we were seated. Suzy and Perla came to our table three times in rotation prior to Cinderella and Prince Charming - only 4 characters instead of five.

Ohanas - bad seating (for us) and love the family style serving!!!!! Great food - we only had Lilo in the first hour and 10 minutes. Then Stitch, Mickey and Pluto came all together in about 5 minutes.

Norway princess lunch - excellent characters and great food - especially appetizer buffet and dessert - Aurora, Cinderella, Belle (blue dress), Ariel and Jasmine

Boma - good seating (doesn't matter - no characters) and awesome food!!!!! Probably my favorite food on the whole trip!

Crystal Palace Breakfast - Great characters and great food - Piglet, Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore - great rainy day activity! Kids favorite!

Sci-Fi Lunch - food iffy - except chocolate and strawberry shakes (delicious) but fun seating.

Marrekesh - incredible food!!! Kids loved the music and dancing - waiter ran out and got us hummus elsewhere because I thought it would be there and had told the kids that they'd be having it. Way above the call of duty. Wonderful lamb!

Tony's - one of my favorites!!! Fiona had calamari for the first time and loved it. They decorated our table and gave us special desserts since it was my birthday dinner. The waiter kept assuring us that it was okay if the kids were loud and made a mess because he had 6 younger siblings and was used to it:-) The photos of our sharing spaghetti noodles are priceless.
