Okay for Children: Older children would probably be fine. Toddlers would probably be bored as this is not a meal to be rushed. We did see some younger kids around 4 or 5 who seemed to enjoy themselves.
Okay for Couples: Yes,very romantic.
Be Sure to Try: Mussels, Calamari, Crab Crusted Halibut, Almond Crusted Cheesecake
General tips: I would recommend making ADR as soon as you can. If you would like to be seated at a window table (much better fireworks viewing) specify that in your reservation request. Fireworks are at appx. 10pm so a 9pm reservation would be best
Dollarless tips: Portions are huge. We could have done with only one appetizer and no salad. Bread is also served which can fill you up before the meal as well. Desserts are very large and rich and should be shared.
Extra Comments: We live in a suburb of Orlando so we frequent Disney often. Narcoossees has always been on my list of restaurants I would like to eat at. My husband and parents took me for my birthday and I was one of the best dinners I have had. We love seafood and everyone enjoyed the meal. I have been privileged as a child and adult to eat at some of the best restaurants in Europe and the U.S. Narcossees really is one of the dinners I will always remember.

Okay for Children: Yes
Okay for Couples: Yes
Be Sure to Try: the romaine hearts salad is always excellent and the tomatoe & spinach striped tortellini with the scallops were out of this world
General tips: since this restaurant is not located in the resort itself, rather out at the dock, you will always have some sort of water view of bay lake, be it either of the MK, the Contemporary, the Polynesian or combinations of the above. If you time it right, you can also see the fireworks at the MK.
Dollarless tips: I have come here at times and ordered 2 appetizers instead of an entree. Actually this was the first time in about 5 years that I order an entree (no regrets either). An alternative, is each of you can order an appetizer and share an entree - the portions are usually large.
