Orange Lake Country Club

Submitted by: The Aliventi Family

Resort: Orange Lake Country Club

Date of Stay: Feb/March 2002

Type of Resort: timeshare

Room sleeps : our villas were 2 bedroom & slept up to 8: king-size bed in master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and a convertible queen sofa bed

Please Rate the Following on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the best):

Theming: 1
Room Size: 10
Amenities: 10
Quality: 10
Cleanliness: 10
Transportation: 3
Recreation: 10

Over all rating: 9

Don't miss: Make sure you go up to the North Village for a swim.

Room Location Suggestion: I would suggest asking for the North Village since that was the nicest swimming area

The Mouse For less Tip: There are vacation stays here offered at a discount with a presentation and ticket discounts. Also, bid4vacations or skyauction often has weeks available here.

Comments: I would love to stay here sometime and not have the distraction of having to go to the parks! This place would be a wonderful resort to stay at even if it wasn't located so close to Disney. The villa was huge and comfortable. I had a washer & dryer so I could pack lighter. There was mini-golf onsite and for about $25 you could buy a pass to let you play as much as you wanted to all week. We didn't try any of the restaurants except for the food stand by the pool which was good for fast food and they made great drinks too! You can do a "room charge" similar to Disney resorts here (only it won't work if you try to use it in Disney World).
