Room Location Suggestion: This was located in the Indian Creek subdivision off Hwy.192 by Splendid China about 15 to 20 minutes from WDW.

Comments: A rental home is a great choice when staying with extended family or larger groups as we did. It was nice to have a living room where we could all be together and separate bedrooms when we needed our own space. We saved money by making a lot of our own meals. We were able to do laundry during the night too. This rental home was a great value considering the 10 of us would have needed 3 hotel rooms.

We had a few minor problems. The rental office was not in the location they had provided on the map they e-mailed. It was about 1 ½ miles away, but we were worried for a while.

I had requested a home with a spa which was noted on my confirmation. When we arrived at our house, I called to inquire since it did not have a spa and was told that spas are not guaranteed. It wasn't a big deal, but a small disappointment. There was only one TV (DH missed watching TV in bed in our Master Suite).

The kitchen was poorly equipped for doing any cooking although fine for takeout (pots, pans and cooking utensils were missing or in bad shape).

The Elite's web site suggests that some basic ingredients and supplies are often left in the houses from previous renters, but we didn't find anything. No napkins, paper towels, sugar packets, trash bags or extra toilet paper. Purchasing these small items didn't break the bank, but it was a nuisance we usually don't think about while on vacation.

We loved the screened private pool and patio area. It was cleaned and cared for during the week. We enjoyed our stay and would rent from Elite in the future for a group. It was much nicer than the hotel rooms we could have gotten for the same price. When we go again with a smaller group, we'll stay onsite for the transportation timesavings, convenience and pampering.

Comments: If you would like to stay in a gated community,two car garage, washer & dryer. intercom system, large full kichen with table and chairs, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, formal dining room and best of all our own private screened in pool. Then I suggest you should try a private home.Also what makes this a great deal is that a credit card hold for one night reserves this and you do not have to pay the balance till you get there.
