Don't Miss: : The outdoor swimming pool. Yes - outside at the airport - while you can’t see the planes from the pool you can look over the wall to watch them take off.

Room Location Suggestion: Near the elevator. The best thing about staying at the Hyatt-MCO is the location. It’s great for late night arrivals or early take offs. A room near the elevator would help facilite fast check-in/check-out and quick trips to the “food court”.

The Mouse For less Tip: Look for a discount. If you go directly to their site, sometimes they run specials, if you agree to pay in advance. It was a great place to stay, like staying in a hotel on the top floor of a mall. It was also a great time saver for us. We also used points through the “MyPoints” program and saved enough for $150 in gift certificates that we were able to use. All in all, we only paid about $60/room.

Comments: This hotel fit in great with our plans. We all finally arrived around 3:30pm, got our luggage, went straight up to our rooms, changed and were swimming by 4:15pm. Then, it was a quick change again and down to the “mall” area of the airport for dinner and shopping. From there it was back to the room for a good night sleep. We were able to sleep in a bit in the morning, pop downstairs for breakfast and meet out driver in the valet parking area (motor lobby) by 9:45am. Future plans now will include a late night at the parks, then take a car service/shuttle to the Hyatt-MCO and an early flight out the next day.
