List of Possible Characters: Snow White, Belle, Princess Aurora, Jasmine, Mulan, Mary Poppins and occasionally Cinderella

Dinner includes a buffet plus an entree served at your table, a family-style dessert plate and a non-alcoholic beverage. This meal is "All You Care to Eat."

The price of this meal includes a photo package of your party with one of the princesses. The photo package includes one 6x8 print and four 4x6 prints in a souvenir folder.

The "Taste of Norway" cold table buffet includes smoked Norwegian Salmon, peel and eat shrimp, traditional cheeses and deli meats, assorted salads and breads.

Entrees include:

Baked Salmon topped with spicy mustard, with roasted red-skin potatoes
Pasta Akershus, with sautéed vegetables and a fresh herb roasted garlic pesto (chicken or salmon added upon request)
Venison Stew - venison and sliced vegetables in a Lingonberry demi-glace with rutabaga mash, garnished with a Jarlsberg cheese cracker
Barbecue Short Ribs, topped with Lingonberry pepper jam, served with Jarlsberg corn bread
Fresh Poached Cod, with seafood and shrimp, vegetables and horseradish mashed potatoes
Braised Lamb, served with thyme oil-infused cabbagge
Traditional Kjottkaker, with cauliflower, garlic and cheese mashed potatoes and a red-wine beet sauce

Royal Chef's Dessert Plate served family style, includes:
Traditional Rice Cream with strawberries and sauce
Chocolate Mousse Cake with a chocolate waffle
Lingonberry Cheese Cake

Regular, Non-Alcoholic Beverages, including juice, milk and bottled water, come with the meal. Soft drinks are available upon request.

Child's Menu:
Children start with the Taste of Norway cold table, which includes sliced meats and cheeses, and a variety of salads and breads.

Children's Entrees include:

Grilled Salmon, with corn and boiled potatoes
Grilled Chicken Breast, with corn and boiled potatoes
Cheese Ravioli, with cheesy cream sauce
Pasta & Meatballs, with tomato sauce
