Supercalifragilistic Breakfast: daily from 8 - 11:30 a.m.

Cold Buffet: fresh fruits, assorted yogurts, cottage cheese, chilled strawberry soup, ambrosia, stewed plums, assorted of cereals, granola, soft serve ice cream with toppings, peaches, pears, Jello-O, applesauce, Rice Krispie Treats

Hot Buffet: build your own omelets, bacon, sausage links, scrambled eggs, strawberry melba, cheese blintz, bread puddings with vanilla sauce, apple cobbler, blueberry pancakes, Spanish scramble, corned beef hash, mini pancakes, Mickey waffles, French toast, biscuits and gravy, shredded potatoes, grits, and oatmeal.

Breads and Desserts: assorted breads, bagels & cream cheese, croissants, English muffins, pecan sticky buns, assorted turnovers, assorted muffins, cheese danish, and more.

Starters: Caesar Salad, mixed greens w/dressings, Greek salad, broccoli salad, ambrosia, tomato-mozzarella salad, macaroni salad, apple with port vinaigrette, peel-and-eat shrimp, chilled strawberry soup, tomato florentine soup.

Sides: sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, assorted warm and sauteed vegetables

Hot Buffet: Chef's freshly prepared pasta, portobello raviolis with a pesto cream, Mojo marinated turkey breast, roasted prime rib of beef, salmon with caper butter sauce, curry chicken with couscous, apple chutney stuffed pork loin with apple glaze, stuffed pork loin with mango barbeque sauce, salmon with dill cream sauce, chicken marsala, mussels in ginger broth, cheese lasagna, Italian sausage and peppers, vegetable egg rolls, mussels in tomato broth.
