Passholders are now eligible for a special incentive when booking a private catered event or celebration at Walt Disney World Resort, for 10 or more guests, held before October 3, 2009. Whether planning a Birthday Celebration, including Quinceañeras, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs; an Anniversary dinner; other social events such as baby or bridal shower; family reunions; or just a night out with your friends and family enjoying desserts with a reserved viewing location for Illuminations:Reflections of Earth or Fantasmic!, the team at Walt Disney World Catering and Convention Services can assist you with any of your event needs, including food and beverage, photography, floral, entertainment and décor.
Passholders are eligible to receive a 10% discount on standard catered menus and non-alcoholic beverages at events in any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Resort locations. Some exclusions, black-out dates, and minimums may apply. This offer does not include Weddings, custom designed menus, alcoholic beverages, venue rentals, entertainment, photography, floral, décor, and non-Catered event options.
