Good Restaurants: Alfano's pizza, Butterfly family restaurant, Petro's Iron Skillet and all the typical fast food except chicken.
Locations of 24 hour restaurants: Iron Skillet is about the only 24 hour restaurant
Locations of good, clean hotels/motels: Amerihost or Super 8 on the right newer hotels off the highway.
Recreation/attractions: Rochelle Railroad Museum
Nearest Disney store/outlet...and type ie... Castle Store: 1/2 hour north CherryVale Mall, Rockford has a Disney Store. When you get off I-90 and on US-20 get off at the Harrison Road Exit going west and the mall is at the 1st light turn right into the mall entrance.
Welcome Center: The closest one is after the Wisconsin/Illinois border on I-90. There is a rest area about 30 minutes south of Rochelle but no welcome center.

Any Additional Info: This is a small town with two truck stops right off I-39 to the right. The two hotels are just past the truck stops on the right. If you keep going you will hit a grocery store and different local restaurants. Most things close up early in this town.
