Scrooge McDuck accompanied Laura B. and Family to WDW in July of 2002

Scrooge enjoyed the company of new friends Patriotic Mickey and Mary Poppins Minnie. We were surprised to find them watching TV in our room at the Wilderness Lodge when we returned from the parks one day.

Scrooge was interested in the character totem pole at the Wilderness Lodge. Scrooge is on Laura's shoulder, trying to get a closer look at Donald carved out of wood.

We spent a little time resort hopping on our last rainy morning, and the Polynesian was one of the stops we made.  Here we are in the lobby in front of the waterfall. The rest of us were pretty wet, but thrifty Scrooge found that his gallon size zip-top bag provided ideal protection from the rain.
