Each and every month, the Uva Bar & Cafe at the Downtown Disney District in the Disneyland Resort offers a special and unique burger. For the month of June, Guests can try the Carne Asada Burger. The restaurant invites Guests to spice up their month with a burger that features citrus marinated angus beef, fire-grilled onions, white cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and avocado cilantro aioli all served on a toasted brioche bun.
The June Carne Asada Burger is served with Uva’s signature garlic fries. If you are looking for the perfect beverage to pair with the specialty burger, the Modern Times Orderville IPA is a good choice. This beer is a fragrant blend of fruit-forward character with a hoppy finish for a refreshing summertime treat.
Also, as a reminder, Uva is offering great Happy Hour specials that are available Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and include a gourmet selection of light bites, craft cocktails, and wines by the glass.
