For those visiting the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort this holiday season, you’ll want to make sure you stop and see the brand new eclectic light display called “Let It Glow” which will debut on November 22. Let It Glow will feature bright, colorful trees that showcase 200 UV glow trees and a distinctive new seasonal look for both day and night. The solid-colored trees will feature fluorescent shades of blue, orange, green, yellow, and pink and will vary in size. The tallest will measure approximately 15 feet, and the smallest at four feet.
Unlike traditional Christmas trees, there won’t be ornaments on these trees. Instead, Guests will see more than 70 glow rings that adorn the ficus trees throughout Downtown Disney District, which helps to add to the neon elements you’ll see at night.
There will be more than 10,000 individual plants and 30 topiaries that will live around the trees to further enhance the planters, which will be complemented by 24 hanging baskets filled with poinsettias, cyclamen and dusty miller.
The “Let it Glow” display will be available through January 5, 2020.
