Disneyland Resort Guests, you’ll have a brand new dining establishment to visit! That’s because at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa the GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill is now open!
First, White Water Snacks has been renamed as GCH Craftsman Grill. Guests will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will also be grab and go options including beverages, salads, snacks and sweets.
Moving over to the GCH Craftsman Bar. This location embraces the Arts & Crafts details and materials that can already be seen all over the resort. Throughout the lounge, you’ll notice wisteria vines and blooms which is featured prominently on the light fixtures, the trellis, and many of the artisan-crafted elements found around the bar. In addition, a custom tile mural that was hand-carved and glazed by a local artisan in Pasadena prominently features the vines. There is also a great patio that’s perfect for al fresco dining.
The GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill are both located in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Both dining establishments are open to the public, however the hotel’s pool area is available only to resort guests with a designated wristband.
