Mom deserves to be celebrated at Catal Restaurant at the Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney is offering an elegant Mother’s Day brunch that you won’t want to miss.
Brunch will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and mom will be able to enjoy $15 bottomless mimosas, as well as a dedicated menu of gourmet options. Starters include spring-inspired dishes such as Prosciutto Melon Salad (balsamic olive oil, chives, passion fruit sorbet) and Steelhead Salmon Toast (avocado, coconut vinaigrette, Togarashi, multigrain bread).
Entrées include a classic plate of Chicken and Waffles (house-made vanilla waffle crispy chicken, bourbon glazed bacon, citrus chive butter, maple) to Crab Cake Benedict (poached eggs, asparagus, hollandaise, chive batons).
For the grand finale, enjoy a Lavender Crème Brulee (buttermilk whipped cream, raspberries) or a decadent slice of irresistible Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake (berries chocolate tuile).
