Jen's Disney Cross Stitching

This was my 2nd experience with a Disney crossstitch. This was very special to me because the Self Portrait is 1 of my favorite things about Disney. If they had a Partners crossstitch, I'd do that one too! This took me about 5 months to complete doing it for about 2 hours in the evenings & 5 or more hours on Saturdays. This is a huge project. Thankfully all the materials you need for this project are included if you buy it at WDW. You can get the kit in any of the Gallery stores. If you are going to undertake this project I would suggest a lot of patience on your part. That's not something that I have a lot of but again, this was special for me. Definitely have good lighting when you are doing it as the stitches & threads can get confusing. The only other tip I have is to take your time with it. I was able to buy a nice frame (dollarless) at my local Michael's store...it came w/a mat so I didn't have to buy that extra.
