Who does your family consist of? Me (46), DH (52), 4 adult children, and 7 grandchildren.
What is your occupation? Self-employed.
Who is your favorite Disney Character and why? I have 2... Mickey for nostalgic reasons, Tink because she is SO cute!
How many times have you vacationed to a Disney destination? Too many to count...more than 40 ( I lived in California and Florida).
What is your favorite Disney Resort (or off site property) and why? The Grand, again nostalgia. It reminds me of the Hotel Del Coronado where I spent many days when I was growing up. I lived in Coronado, Calif.
What is your favorite Disney restaurant, in or out of the parks? Narcoosees....love the views and the surf and turf.
What is your favorite ride or attraction at any of the Disney parks? Carousel of Progress.
When visiting Disney theme parks, do you "park hop" or not and why? YES....I like the flexability to have dinner in any park regardless of which park I spent my day at.
What is your favorite Disney memory? Standing on Main street with the castle in the background with my grandchildren. One of the pictures shows my granddaughter dressed as Belle with the castle behind her-PRICELESS.
What is your favorite "extra cost" event/tour? MVMCP, I like going in and buying the special event souviners.
Have you met any MFL members at a Disney park? If so, who and what did you do? Yes, Barbara Harris. We have hung out a few times, had meals and rode rides and spent over 60 minutes waiting for Soarin one day!! Have no idea WHAT we were thinking?? I think we just enjoyed each others company so much we didn't notice the time. Not sure if my DH has the same memory! LOL!
Besides "things Disney", what do you like to do in your free time? Write, road trips, spend time with my grandkids, cook/bake.
What would people be surprised to know about you? Oh too many things................ that I have a pet mouse. No, not my kids pet mouse, MY pet mouse. Her name is Lela. I had two but Amy died. RIP Amy!
What is your best MouseForLess money saving tip? Unfortunately I spend money like water....sorry!
