Can you remember LiveAid 20 years ago? OK so perhaps some of you may be too young - anyway -do you remember Phil Collins appearing in both concerts one on each side of the Atlantic - well ...

We had a meet like that! - Ok so it didn't happen on the same day but it did happen and I am sooo thrilled. I was still recovering from my surgery so not able to do my meet on the 3rd so arranged to do it on the 10th in London at the Disney Store in Covent Garden. And here's the special bit! My meet was with a New Yorker June Lemmon (daughter of Marie)! June had also attended the NY meet and now here she was at the London one too!

We spent time chatting over hot chocolate and a fruit bowl for June and a pot of tea and a piece of chocolate cake for me. Then we headed to the Disney store for some all important shopping.

It was only a short meet - one hour - but we had a great time and it was lovely to meet a MFL'er on my own turf! Only downside was I forgot my camera so there are no piccies to prove it :o(

We may find it difficult to top that one next year - perhaps I need to speak to DH about meeting Nikki in DLP!
