Planning a MFL Meet

I've planned several MFL meets at WDW in the two trips we've had since joining MFL, and the way I've done it is by usually taking the lead and picking an activity (lunch, parade, fireworks, show, etc) which I know WE will be attending and then simply inviting others who will be there at the same time to join us. I post the details including date, time, exact location to meet ONCE to the list and tell anyone interested to reply to my personal email address for more details. I also post the same details on the MFL Calendar at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/themouseforless/calendar for anyone to see.,
