Reviews of Vision of the Seas Thousands of windows showcase the world’s most memorable coastlines and ports. Whether you’re cruising the Inside Passage or docked in Cozumel, you’ll never lose sight of the reason you came aboard. The 2,435-guest Vision of the Seas has beautiful onboard amenities too. There’s the very soothing Day Spa, two pools, six whirlpools, and the Masquerade Theatre, which features nightly entertainment, like contemporary musical stage productions. And that’s just the beginning of your cruise vacation.

Itinerary: 2 night cruise to Encinada, Mexico

    Cabin Type: Inside cabin

Be Sure to Try: The shows.

General Tips: Make a habit to read through the newsletter that is placed in the cabin each day. You don’t have to do everything that is listed on the newsletter… you can even do nothing listed on the newsletter. But it’s always much better to know what is available and choose not to do them than not know what is available and get bored because you feel that there’s nothing to do onboard.

Dollarless Tips: Sometimes cruise lines offer incredible prices for repositioning cruises. This cruise was one of those. We got an incredible price of $39.00 per person base price. The total came to $117 per person including port charge and gov’t taxes. We had to book it as double occupancies, but while picking the cabins we were able to pick a quad cabin and a double cabin. When we got onboard, we simply “abandoned” the double cabin and stayed together in the quad.

Extra Comments and Suggestions: Get to know the ports before your cruise so that you’ll know what to expect so that you can make the most out of each port of call.
