Favorite must do for each Disney trip!!
We love the margherita pizza!!! paired with the proscuitta & melon appetizer. Kids get personal pizzas and love them. Never a bad meal. Pricey for pizza but so worth it.
    Service is slow.

We ate at Via Napoli in September of 2010. The entire family enjoyed this meal very much.

The food!!! The pizza was amazing! I had the margherita pizza and I’ve been thinking about it ever since I had that meal. I dream of that pizza! My husband loved the pepperoni pizza and the kids both enjoyed their meals very much! One had the mini ham and cheese calzone and the other had the margherita pizza.

Appetizers were delicious and served nice and hot. I had the arancini, which were risotto balls served in a red sauce. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his calamari.

Service was a bit slow. It took over two hours for this meal. Now, I know it had only been open a few weeks when we were there, so perhaps the service has improved since then.

It was hard to tell what you could order on the DDP or even the DxDDP, which we were on. Unlike Whispering Canyon where you can get a milkshake on the DDP or LeCellier where you can get a smoothie on the DDP, at Via Napoli, options were pretty much soda (pop for us Pittsbughers) or regular coffee. The fruity waters, espressos, and cappuccinos were not included on the DDP.

I am sad to say that my favorite dessert there was the “Good, But Ugly Sundae” and it has since been taken off the menu.

All in all, we loved our meal there and considered cancelling a LeCellier lunch later in the week so that we could eat a Via Napoli again! We’re headed back to Via Napoli on our next trip and I can’t wait to savor that pizza again!

We ate here in March and it was our anniversary so we had on our buttons. It was lunch and the restaurant was pretty empty. I do not know if it was the fact that it was empty or because it was our anniversary but we were showered with attention by quite a few servers and a manager.

I like the decor of the restaurant and the waiting/check in area is worth paying attention to. Over on the wall that leads to the restrooms is a table that had me and my DH debating over its age and whether it may be a real antique.
The food was delicious! We had a shared salad and a AntiPasti sampler that I do not see on the menu now. They both were fantastic and we would have stopped there as they were large portions. But we had already ordered our entrees. I had the Margherita Pizza ( awesome) and my DH had one of the Strombolis and reported it to be great! We will be back. As a matter of fact I have a ADR in 2 weeks for my solo trip!
** as I said they gave us excellent service! So our first impression of this restaurant is 5 stars all the way! Well….I gave it a 3 for romance only because it is a light restaurant and the ambiance may not be there for everyone! But the service sure helped!! LOL

I cant believe how good this wood fired pizza is! I have eaten at this restaurant twice in the past year. Both times we have started out with a salad to share for the table and then ordered individual pizzas. The crust is awesome and the toppings delicious. The servers were been a little off on our second time there in terms of being slow or not following up with empty glasses etc. but not enough to stop me from going back. This was a GREAT addition to World Showcase at Epcot
