Service: 2, our waiter was very confused about our group (9 of us) being on the same dining plan but wanting separate checks, so in the end one of us just took the check for everyone. We wasted a lot of time trying to figure this out with him which really put a bit of a downer on our experience.

Okay for Children: Yes my kid enjoyed the experience, they were not raving about the food however, but they are NOT adventurous eaters.

Be Sure to Try: the dips and flat breads are awesome

General tips: My favorite thing was the dips and flatbreads, I think i would be more inclined in the future to go here for drinks and appetizers

Extra Comment: Make sure to allow extra time to check out the viewing areas, there is an entire savannah behind Kidani that you cannot see from Jambo House (aka the main Animal Kingdom Lodge). There are also some animals down by the restaurant windows where you walk in, make sure and see what Disney is up to there.

We had a large group and got to sample many of the items.

Service: 2 (Our service was not good, and I hope it improves since this is a new restaurant)

Okay for Children: Yes, the atmosphere is really interesting

Be Sure to Try: I suggest that you go and share appetizers and entrees because there is a lot of interesting food here and it is fun to get to try it all! The bread appetizer is really good, and really gives you a lot of different things to try. There is also an appetizer sampler and a salad sampler too, so lots of great things to sample.

General tips: Make sure you schedule some extra time so that you can explore Kidani Village. There is an outside viewing area where you can see the savannah and lots of art to see too.

TheMouseForLess Tip: The prices here are on the low side for WDW table service restaurants.

Extra Comment: There are choices for adventurous and less adventurous eaters, so go and enjoy!
