This restaurant often gets missed because of the popularity of ‘Ohana. But this is a great restaurant. We typically start out with a sushi appetizer. They have a great combo plate that is plenty to share. Then the main course. My favorite is the Tuna. It is perfectly cooked and probalby the best tuna I have had anywhere.

Rate the following (1-5, five being the best!)

Food: 5 – I will be going back here again. Steak was cooked perfectly and the shrimp rolls are AWESOME!
    Service: 5 – very attentive

Atmosphere:5 – has the small cafe feel.

    Okay for Children: Yes
Okay for Couples: Yes – wonderful meal and being a small location you dont have to yell to hear each other. Plus with the setting of the lobby just feet away, it transplants you away from everything Disney.

Be Sure to Try: Everything above. I could not find anything wrong with this dinner. Even my picky eater 10 year old son cleaned his plate of everything that was put in front of him

General tips: Like most sit down locations you must have ressies because this is a small seating location.

Extra Comments: Because this is in a resort most people will not think of eating here. This is a much better decision for a sit down meal than any other table service that you will find at the Magic Kingdom. Take the Resort Monorail and enjoy your meal!

What: Kona Salad: Mixed greens, Maytag blue cheese, fresh fruit, red onions, and smoked almonds with a citrus vinaigrette.
    – Sticky Wings: Glazed chicken wings with a tangy mustard drizzle and toasted sesame seeds.
    – Char-crusted Filet Mignon: served with mashed yukon gold potatoes, asparagus, and a 5-spice mushroom sauce.
    – Herb-roasted Turkey medallions: marinated in cilantro, ginger, garlic, wrapped in turkey bacon, and served with Corn and Edamame succotash, sticky rice, and sweet chili-garlic sauce.
    – Chocolate-Macadamia Nut Tart: A chocolate tart shell with chunks of macadamia nut and chocolate served with vanilla ice cream, and caramel rum sauce.
    – Caramel-Banana Creme Brulee: Traditional creme brulee, topped with fresh sliced bananas.
    – Blue-tini: Inspired by the Year of a Million Dreams, with a glowing blue ice cube.

Approximate Price of Entrees: About $20 to $25, our total bill with tax & tip included was about $95

Okay for Children: Well, they were very accomodating for my (then 11 week old) son.
Okay for Couples: Absolutely! Great lighting, and fairly quiet.

Be Sure to Try: EVERYTHING!! The menu is not enormous nor is it limiting. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! We especially loved the Filet Mignon, and Creme Brulee.

General tips: Though this gem is often overlooked for flashier places such as Ohana or the Spirit of Aloha, it is VERY worth the time, and they are very good at getting you in at your ADR time.

TheMouseForLess tips: Very good choice for the MYW Dining Plan TS.

Extra Comments: Been there, did it twice, doing it again, and again, and again… :)

What: Breakfast Adults: Tonga toast/with bacon Children: Egg on toast Drinks: 2 Strawberry-Banana Smoothies, Milk

Approximate Price of Entrees: Total with tax and tip was 44.61

Be Sure to Try: OMG!!!! You have to get the Tonga Toast!!!!! Our waitress told us to try it without syrup first then to add the syrup if we want it–we didn’t–this was SOO good!!! The smoothies were wonderful as well!!

General tips: This was wonderful!!! It is going to be a definite on our list for future visits—we are also going to try it for supper this next go around.

    TheMouseForLess tips: Nothing really
