We ate at BOG for breakfast, and it was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Okay for Children: Yes – love the different rooms. We ate in the ballroom but wandered around afterwards to see all the rooms
Okay for Couples: YES! Try a table in the ballroom looking out over the “snow.”

Be Sure to Try: Quiche was outrageously good, with a wonderful side salad – I was able to get dressing on the side and the dressing was tasty.

General tips: I used a FP+. I booked it through the BOG lunch website before I received an invitation, but I eventually did receive an invitation. No trouble at all. At this point, they are no longer taking FP+ reservations but regular ADR’s even though it is quick service for lunch.

My wife and I had dinner there on Valentine’s Day, 2013, and just by luck, we were seated in the West Wing. All of the food was great–we each chose different items–and the service was also spot on. The ambiance of the West Wing was perfect, especially for a fairly romantic dinner, which was a very pleasant surprise to us both. The lightning added nicely to the evening atmosphere, and the rose was worth walking over to see. The entrees were priced more reasonably than I had anticipated (we were not on the dining plan that trip), and the dessert cups were a great finish. Reservations seem to be a must for dinner. We will definitely eat there again.

We had dinner here a week after they opened. The first thing I noticed is how dark it is. The server brought us a flashlight to read the menu. Hopefully they’ll turn up the lighting some as it won’t detract from the restaurant, but will be more pleasant to be able to read the menu. The tables are also very close together so it’s like you’re dining with the people on each side of you as well. Very much like Le Cellier. We had the French Onion soup, which was very good. My husband had the thyme-crusted pork, which neither of us liked at all, but the au gratin macaroni that came with it was wonderful! I had the the shrimp and scallops in a pastry puff that was also wonderful, and one of their most popular dishes so far. Desserts are cupcakes or creme puffs–all are wonderful. I don’t usually have desserts, but will always have one here! This is a great addition to the Magic Kingdom. Lunch is counter service and serves some similar foods as well, including the same desserts. After your meal you can also enter the library (by showing your dinner receipt) to meet the Beast.
