When you get in trouble and you don’t know right from wrong
Give a little whistle! Give a little whistle! – Jiminy Cricket

Q.  Several years ago, my husband and I purchased more tickets than we were able to use during our vacation.  Since we’d purchased the non-expiration option up front, we haven’t been worried about using them yet.  Now that Disney is eliminating that option from its ticketing program, do we need to use these tickets right away? We don’t want to lose them! (Submitted by Joyce D.)

A. Joyce!

This turns out to be an easy one and I am so glad I can put your mind at ease! While the rumors were going around that Disney was getting rid of the non-expiration option recently, I am happy to report that this was just that, a rumor.

While the ticket option has been removed from being purchased online, you will still be able to purchase the no-expiration option at Guest Relations or Vacation Services windows.

I hope you have a magical time on your next vacation!
