Last year, I found collapsible water bottles at a local dollar store. They were plastic, with the pull-out sip spout, and had a metal carabineer — perfect for my water-guzzling husband. We were able to keep it filled with cold to cool water all the time. Well, this spring I found the same type of bottles available, but the store ALSO carries freezable bottles! Same tops and fasteners, but these have an outer lining that is filled with a liquid which can be frozen at night (if you’re lucky enough to have a freezer unit in your room fridge), and then filled with water before you hit the park. Keeps the water nice and cool for much longer! (Submitted by Joyce D.)
