• Disney pin traders: 3-day ticketed Epcot party planned for August. We’ve mentioned this event before, but The Daily Disney has info that registration will begin on March 31st.

• Shortly after re-opening Ranchos quiet pool at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will close again from April 5 to April 17. Also, Pop Century’s Fast Forward arcade will close from May 10 through May 12.

• Yesterday we reported that Blizzard Beach refurbishment, originally slated to be completed on March 21, had been delayed and would re-open March 24. The Teamboat Springs attraction will reopen a few weeks later. Today, Stitchkingdom.com is reporting “Teamboat Springs will remain closed through May 15.”
• Grand Floridian will be undergoing refurb from mid April-Sept 30 on the exterior of the main building. Scaffolding will be erected, and guests may need to remove personal effects from balconies during the day. Hours of refurb will be 9am-6pm but the scaffolding will be in view until the refurb is complete.
• The World According to Jack blog has a great piece about the Wildlife Discovery Excursion, an adventure is only available to guests staying in a concierge room (Club Level) at any Disney World resort.
