• Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom on March 10 will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of frog-related activities and find out how they can help amphibians, which are facing an extinction crisis. Conservation Station at Rafiki’s Planet Watch will be hopping with fun and educational activities from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Young Guests and their families can play games that teach them about a frog’s life cycle and adaptations, listen to frog calls, and enter jumping contests to see if they can leap as far as a frog can.  See a photo.

• There is still a lot of questions as to whether Mickey and Minnie’s house will be demolished as part of the Fantasyland expansion.  While some feel that the questions was answered at the D23 event last week at Walt Disney World with a definite “no,” other’s in attendance aren’t so sure. • Chef Dee Foundoukis and Chef George Paterakis, Walt Disney World chefs from Kouzzina by Cat Coraon Disney’s BoardWalk. They’ll be in the White House kitchen on Tuesday along with celebrity chef Cat Cora to cook for Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou, in Washington to meet with the President.  Among the dishes to be served is Fishermen’s Stew – the very same stew that you can taste at Kouzzina by Cat Cora. Also on the menu are Kouzzina’s loukoumades, those addictive Greek donuts served hot and drizzled with honey.

• When the new Toy Story film comes out on June 18th, there will be a surprise waiting for guests to Disney’s California Adventure park.  Blue Sky Disney blog has the scoop on all new games to play at Toy Story Midway Mania. • March 11 is a big day.  The refurbishment is complete on Matterhorn Bobsleds, while the painting work on Toontown’s facade also comes to a close.
• Disney has not said how long “Captain EO” will stay at Disneyland, but it will be based on the attractions popularity. According to the Orange County Register: “On Monday, MousePlanet posted a picture on Twitter showing that Disney had removed a wait time board and ropes for extended lines outside the Tomorrowland theater.”  AND “Kelly Johns, creator of MouseWait, an iPhone app that tracks Disneyland wait times, said most guests have walked right in the theater, except for Sunday when crowds were heavy.”

• Here is a much cleaner Tron Legacy trailer than the bootleg copy posted the other day.
• The first of Lewis Carroll’s words ever heard on a soundtrack were uttered in New Jersey. NJ.com has background on the first speaking version of Alice in Wonderland with an awesome black and white clip of the 1931 version.  It’s really worth a few minutes to watch it.
• Most of us are familiar with Bartlett-Sloan’s Upcoming Disney TV postings, but for a quick reference, bookmark his site. :-)
• The Daily Disney has info on Disney Live! Rockin’ Road Show, which will be making a stop at the University of Central Florida Arena next week.  Plus, it tells how you could win a 4-pack of tickets.
• Disney Channel UK and Ireland are conducting a talent search for kids who are passionate about performing, aged 12-16, super-talented and have some serious star quality. Whether you have had prior training, or are more used to singing along with your favorite CD – this is your chance to shine.
